The Association of Computer Engineering Students (ACES) is a vibrant and dynamic community driven by the students and faculty of the Department of Computer Engineering, Government Polytechnic College, Nedumangad. Key Activities and Initiatives

Technical Fests and Events – ACES organizes various technical fests and competitions at both the college and state levels, providing students with opportunities to showcase their talents in coding, hardware design, and software development.

Industry Interaction – Regular seminars, workshops, and guest lectures by industry experts are conducted to keep students updated on the latest trends in technology.

Training on Latest Technologies – Hands-on sessions and certification programs in trending domains such as AI, Blockchain, Cybersecurity, and IoT.

Campus Placement Training – Sessions on resume building, interview preparation, and aptitude training to enhance students’ employability skills.

2. Expert Talk: Landing Your First Software Job (March 2024) – An interactive session led by industry professionals covering resume building, interview preparation, and essential skills required for securing a software job.
3. Industrial Visit to Fab Lab, Technopark, Thiruvananthapuram (August 2024) – A field trip to gain firsthand experience in fabrication technologies, prototyping, and cutting-edge innovations.
